It’s that time of year! Join or renew your membership for 2026 and make a difference in your neighborhood. Membership dues support HPNA events, programming, and community engagement, while helping maintain our ongoing focus on preserving the historic residential character of Hyde Park.
Since 1974, countless residents and business operators have volunteered their time and energy to protect historic structures, maintain our unique neighborhood character, and help care for and restore our parks and infrastructure.
Membership Benefits
Membership benefits include the ability to:
Vote at neighborhood general meetings
Participate in Dumpster Days at no cost
Attend new member–only Neighborhood Nights
Take part in additional HPNA events throughout the year
Eligibility
Membership in the Hyde Park Neighborhood Association is open to all persons age 18 and older who either reside in, or operate a business or institution within, the area bounded by 31st to 47th Streets and Troost Avenue to Gillham Road/Plaza (westernmost) in Kansas City, Missouri. Renters are welcome.
New this year! We are pleased to offer a $15 household apartment membership option.
Dues are paid annually each January. Dues paid after November 1 will cover membership through December of the following calendar year.

Membership Dues
$35 — Household
$15 — Apartment
$50 — Patron
$100 — Nonprofit
$100 — Resident Commercial
$150 — Corporate Commercial
