Event Sponsorship
The Hyde Park Neighborhood Association’s (HPNA) mission is to improve the quality of life of those living, working, or attending institutions within Hyde Park. Nonprofits hosting events, projects, or activities that help meet HPNA’s mission are welcome to apply for event sponsorship. HPNA will donate up to $250 to selected events. Funding is limited, so not all events may receive the full amount of their request. All applications will be evaluated by the HPNA Board at the monthly board meetings, which occur on the first Tuesday of each month.
Eligibility Criteria
All applicants must:
Be a registered 501c3 nonprofit
Be located in the Hyde Park neighborhood, or hosting an event in the Hyde Park Neighborhood (from 31st to 47th streets, Troost Avenue to Gillham Road/Plaza)
Submit application at least 60 days before the event to allow time for the Board to evaluate and issue payment.
Evaluation Criteria
HPNA will evaluate each application with the following critera:
Mission alignment
Availability of funds.
