If you have crime or enforcement concerns and can only attend an evening meeting, attend the Central Patrol Division Community Crime Meeting of the KCPD at the Scottish Rite Temple on Linwood and Paseo. These meetings are held quarterly, and the focus is on all of Central Patrol.
